        About twelve years ago, having traveled to Europe many times, they had a dream of building an English style castle in the area of which they lived; English preferred after Mary Lou's English heritage. They had found the ideal property on 46 West, which was owned by the Dellegana family. After approaching Ms. Dellegana with an offer, she agreed. They had their own property which they still needed to sell for the purchase and fortunately it sold 5 DAYS later! In 1999, groundbreak started. Now, they have approached their 10 Year anniversary! They are amazed and feel so blessed that they have accomplished their dream with a handful of great local investors.
