2007 Viognier
$18 Pineapple
and Apricot fill the glass. This Viognier has a fruity introduction with a
light smooth mid-palate. The finish is clean and refreshing with a touch of
orange zest. 2004 Zinfandel $18 Full
bodied and big, this Zinfandel has cumin, chili powder and plum on the nose.
The wine carries hints of ollalaberries in the introduction that melds into a
very full mid-palate, highlighted by a strong backbone. Goes well with sharp
cheeses including Cheddar, Havarti, Asagio and Parmesan. Now available for purchase in the
tasting room. |
