The Excalibur Tier
The Excalibur Tier is an elevated extension of your Knights and Maidens Cellar Club Membership. Our elite club is designed for you, our valued cellar club members, and will not exceed 100 people. The goal of the Excalibur Tier is to share exclusive specialty wines, consisting of estate wine, small lots, and specialty blends crafted by our winemaker. Being an Excalibur Tier member, you will receive two shipments per year. Collector Magnums, Excalibur exclusive sales, and events are a handful of the benefits you will enjoy as part of the privileged Excalibur Tier.

Terms
Shipments
Your club allotment will consist of four bottles, shipped or available for pick up three times a year for a total of 12 bottles a year. Excalibur members will also receive two additional specialty shipments.
Pricing
Pricing has been established not to exceed:
Will Call $79.95
GSO Shipping (CA, NV, AZ) $89.95
UPS Shipping $99.95
* Custom Club option does not follow Set Pricing program
Payment
All Cellar Club wine allotments will be debited from your account on file two to three weeks before your allotment is shipped or made available for pickup.
Account charge dates for Cellar Club allotments:
February 14th
May 16th
September 19th
Excalibur: Specialty allotments will be charged in March and August. Exact charge dates will be posted on our website and correspondence will be sent via email.
Shipment dates
The shipments will be shipped or available for pick up on the following dates:
March 8th 2011
June 7th 2011
October 4th 2011
Excalibur will be released April and September, exact dates will be posted on the webpage and sent via email.
Pick Up Party dates
June 4th, 2011 6pm-9pm
November 5th, 2011 6pm-9pm
Will Call members you can pickup your Cellar Club allotment at the party or there after. Please note we are only able to hold your wine shipments for one year from time of purchase. All club shipment exceeding one year will be shipped to you, at your expense.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the aforementioned account charge date. If received less than 30 days prior to charge date, it will not take effect until the following Cellar Club allotment. Cancellations must be mailed to:

Early Cancellations: Cancellations before accepting at least one allotment will result in a cancellation fee equal to your first club allotment cost, plus shipping or the pricing, which ever is higher.
